Obverse:

centrally, an area marked off by the contour of the building of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Cracow. Against it, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. Below the Eagle, on the right, the Mint mark, m/w. Below it, the inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA / POLSKA (THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND) 2018; with the inscription below: 10 ZŁ. On the left, an image of Stanisław Wyspiański – a transposition of the painter's self-portrait.  Against it, along the bottom edge, a semi-circular inscription: STANISŁAW WYSPIAŃSKI. On the right and in the upper part, a fragment of the curtain of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Cracow designed by Henryk Siemiradzki, depicting allegoric figures of Inspiration associating Beauty with Truth.

Reverse:

centrally, an image of a fragment of the facade of the building of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Cracow with the dome and an outline of a further part of the building. Along the rim, a separated area with an inscription at the top: 125-LECIE DZIAŁALNOŚCI TEATRU (125th Anniversary), and at the bottom: IM. JULIUSZA SŁOWACKIEGO W KRAKOWIE (of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Cracow).
