Obverse:

at the top, on the left, an image of a cross-shaped military commemorative badge awarded to the participants of the Vilnius 1919 offensive. On the right, an inscription: 10 / ZŁ. Along the right rim, a semi-circular inscription reading clockwise: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland). Centrally, in the bottom part, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland; below the Eagle, on the right, the Mint mark: m/w. On the left of the Eagle, a semi-circular notation of the year of issue: 2019.

Reverse:

at the top, stylised silhouettes of cavalrymen; on the right, partially against their background, a fragment of the sitting figure of Colonel Władysław Belina-Prażmowski in uniform, the commander of the cavalry brigade which captured Vilnius in 1919; above it, along the rim, a semi-circular inscription: WŁADYSŁAW BELINA-PRAŻMOWSKI.On the left of the figure, an inscription: WYPRAWA / WILEŃSKA / 1919 (Vilnius Offensive 2019).
