The front of the note:

on the right, a portrait of Nicolaus Copernicus; on the left, the number 20 is visible when you tilt the banknote, along the neckline, the microprint inscription: NICOLAUSCOPERNICUS. Centrally, at the top, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland and the inscription: Narodowy / Bank / Polski; below it, the inscription: WARSZAWA / 7 KWIETNIA 2022 r. (Warsaw / 7 April 2022); below it, the inscriptions: PREZES (Governor) and a signature and GŁÓWNY / SKARBNIK (Chief / Treasurer). In the background, a fragment of an illustration from Harmonia Macrocosmica, an Andreas Cellarius’ atlas, representing the Copernican solar system, composed of microprinted inscriptions: NBP, 20, MIKOŁAJ (Nicolaus), KOPERNIK (Copernicus). On the left of the inscriptions, a fragment of a quadrant scale.
