Obverse:

Centrally, a fragment of Ferdynand Zweig’s work Four Systems of Economics. Universalism – Nationalism – Liberalism – Socialism, reading as follows: “Liberalizm jest / gloryfikacją zdrowych egoizmów, / utrzymujących się w ramach / prawnych, których realizacja daje / optimum interesu społecznego / i maksimum bogactwa. Żądza / bogacenia się jest postulatem, / a zarazem założeniem / myślenia liberalnego” (Liberalism is a glorification of healthy egoisms retained within a legal framework, whose implementation provides the optimum of social welfare and the maximum of wealth. The desire for enrichment is a postulate and at the same time an assumption of liberal thought), ended with a full stop. At the bottom, on the left, a separated area; to the right of the area, the inscription: 10 ZŁ.

Reverse:

on the left, the image of Ferdynand Zweig against the background of areas made of oblique lines. Above the lines, along the edge, a semi-circular inscription: FERDYNAND ZWEIG. On the right, a paraphrase of a fragment of F. Zweig’s book The Twilight or a Rebirth of Liberalism, reading as follows: “WOLNOŚĆ / jest najtańszą, / najskuteczniejszą / i najlepszą / sztuką rządzenia / i gospodarowania” (FREEDOM is the cheapest, the most efficient, and the greatest art of governance and management). Below the paraphrase, the inscription: 1896–1988.
